By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Heritage Frameworks sells reproduction and replacement bicycle decal sets and related products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, colours and images are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, printing materials and the characteristics of original vintage decals.
Please check the bicycle brand, model, year, size and other compatibility information before ordering.
When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is complete and accurate.
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where, for example:
A product is unavailable
There is an obvious pricing or product-description error
Payment cannot be authorised
We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded.
Prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable at the time the order is placed.
Payment is processed through the payment methods offered during checkout, including Stripe where applicable.
Prices may be changed at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Heritage Frameworks offers free worldwide shipping.
Orders normally require approximately 3–5 business days to be prepared and dispatched.
Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and local postal service and cannot be guaranteed.
For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Consumers in the EU/EEA generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
You must notify us within the 14-day period if you wish to exercise this right.
Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods following a change of mind.
Products should be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the product beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made specifically to your individual specifications or are clearly personalised.
This exception does not affect your rights if a personalised or custom product is defective or does not match what was agreed.

EU consumers have legal rights where goods are defective, damaged, incorrect or do not correspond with their description, including the applicable legal guarantee for conformity.

The legal guarantee does not cover problems caused by normal wear, incorrect installation, misuse, unsuitable surfaces or ordering a product that is incompatible with your bicycle where the compatibility information provided by us was accurate.
Decals must be installed on a clean and suitable surface and in accordance with any instructions supplied with the product.
Heritage Frameworks is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation, unsuitable preparation of the surface, chemicals, solvents, pressure washing or other improper use, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
The content of heritageframeworks.com, including photographs, graphics, text, designs and website content created by Heritage Frameworks, may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.
Bicycle manufacturer names, model names, logos and trademarks referenced on the website remain the property of their respective owners.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Heritage Frameworks is an independent business and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the bicycle manufacturers or brands referenced on the website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, Heritage Frameworks is not responsible for losses resulting from misuse of a product, incorrect installation, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law that would otherwise apply in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
